In a sea of seemingly absurd simulations, another could soon come. Fear and trembling from on high, rain of bird poop and pigeon apocalypse - Pigeon Simulator. Publisher tinyBuild and developer Hakjak Studios have announced a somewhat unusual title from the genre of "physical roguelike sandbox" - Pigeon Simulator. It’s not known if it’s a crazier genre or the idea for the game itself. This is a reboot of the 2019 game of the same name, which they did not come to life beyond the prototype for one competition, but now players will still find themselves in the role of a hated city bird, creating chaos in the urban environment. In the Pigeon Simulator, players have complete freedom of choice: will they destroy everything humanity has built and return the world to Mother Nature, or will they create a utopia in which humans and pigeons can live in peace and harmony. According to the publishers, we will experience all the charms of a completely unusual pigeon life - from harmless snatching of pastries and pooping by passers-by to throwing burning fuel cans and even stealing a tank in an attempt at a pigeon revolution. There isn’t much information about the game’s release at the moment, and reportedly the PC version will appear in the form of early access on Steam later this year. Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator is already an outdated benchmark because it was not advisable to put more than 100 thousand characters in that game. The sequel will remove that limit. If for some reason you were wondering if Chuck Norris is stronger than 10,000 soldiers, the answer was given by our Igor in the commentary on the game Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator, which was recently available for free on Steam. However, if you were wondering if Chuck Norris was stronger than a million soldiers, and the first part couldn't give you an answer - I guess that's what the sequels are for. Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2 is coming to our PC this fall, and as the developer says, you’ll be able to put a virtually unlimited number of characters into the simulation. Also, this sequel will have all the content as an original game, which includes a first-person perspective, a sandbox element, but also brings us the campaign as a novelty. For now, I leave it to you to imagine what the campaign will be exactly, and if you are interested in what it looks like when one million and three hundred thousand characters are on the battlefield - at the same time, watch the announcement trailer. The release of Cyberpunk 2077 has had a major impact on the video game industry, especially the PC gaming market which has seen huge revenue growth. Cyberpunk 2077 is a two-story story. At one end, the debacle was manifested in a drop in confidence in the CD Project due to the launch of the game in a messy state, and at the other end, it was a financial success that set new records. According to the analytical company SuperData, Cyberpunk 2077 has become the fastest-selling digital game in the history of video games! A total of 10.2 million digital copies of Cyberpunk 2077 were sold in December last year, of which 80% went to the PC version of the game. Thus, Cyberpunk 2077 in the same month recorded the highest earnings on the PC platform (higher even than the League of Legends). Total earnings from PC games worldwide in the 12th month increased by as much as 40% thanks to the sale of Cyberpunk 2077. We know how Cyberpunk 2077 went on consoles, but even there in the 12th month, the game was third in total earnings. Only CoD was ahead: Black Ops Cold War and NBA 2K21. Now, it should be emphasized that SuperData's report also includes digital copies for which a refund was subsequently requested, but as they state - according to their data, the refund requests did not significantly affect the overall financial result of Cyberpunk 2077. By the way, the 12th month was not only successful for Cyberpunk 2077. Grand Theft Auto Online recorded thus the largest monthly earnings since GTA Online existed, thanks to the launch of the Cayo Perico Heist expansion. Fortnite also recorded the largest number of active players in the past 15 months and was played by a record 15.3 million players at one point.
